A monthly staple
5I wasn’t initially convinced that the tablets made much difference but after a month of not taking them I definitely realised they did help my mood in particular. Convenient to take as don’t have to be taken with food

Feeling better
5I bought this probiotic a month ago and I have noticed the difference in my digestive system, feeling less bloated. My mood also changed, I am feeling less anxious. Really happy with this probiotic.

5It's hard to know what has made the direct effect, but my son, for whom I bought this, has found that his depressive symptoms have lessened considerably. He's been taking them for four months now, and the improvement has been gradual, but tangible.

No longer a sceptic
5I purchased these after my trauma counsellor told me of the benefits of probiotics. I was incredibly sceptical, and she encouraged me to read Dr Perlmutter's scientific basis for probiotic consumption. Despite reservations, I bought them to trial for a month. The changes were astounding. For a woman suffering who experiences high levels of PMS (self diagnosed PMDD!), I had no symptoms for the first cycle of my life. This probiotic is not only developed for gut health, but for mood and regulation of hormones. I can safely say I’m no longer a sceptic and look forward to never having to experience extreme bouts of low mood for 1 week every month.Â
