I love how this works, consistancy is best, which is how I noticed the differance when I took it, and when I didn't!

I definitely feel more calm when taking this. In addition to the probiotics, it makes such a huge difference in my BMs and how I feel if I teeter off the wellness eating and slip in some extra sugar or junk. Really helps with my anxiety. I feel much less anxious.

Tired of the bloat and swollen abdomen and friend recommended this to me. It works within a day and you feel the discomfort of the bloat and swollen stomach and wonder why it took so long to use this. I have been using this for several months purchasing at local stores and finally went to the source for a better price.
