Thank you Garden of Life for this product. I got it for my teenage granddaughter who has been having some difficulty with moods and sadness. After seeing a natural medicine practitioner and their advice was a failure, I knew this was worth giving it a shot. And sure enough - night and day turn around. Probiotics Mood - Shelf Stable

Being generally new to the world of probiotics, I’ve tried a few different products and the Mood blend has been my favorite thus far. I like the fact that there are 16 strains so I feel like not only is there plenty of good bacteria, but theres many different types of good bacteria helping to keep my gut healthy. For the mood aspect, I didn’t notice a change until about the 2nd week of taking this blend. I felt better because my body felt better and I really like that about this probiotic. I would definitely take this again and recommend it to those trying to cover all their health bases.

Good probiotic

Good probiotic, and if you dont want the full 50 billion you can just take 1 capsule. The probiotic being shelf stable is a plus for me, I take my supplements to work with me and if I have a refrigerated supplement I usually forget to take it.
