5Strongly recommend. First probiotic which actually alleviated my symptoms completely (I have certain bowel problems I need to manage) and also improved my general wellbeing. Just be ready, that since its strong, first 2-3 days on it might be not be perfect, until your digestive track gets used to it.

Slow delivery
